To be honest, for us, it was quite hard to understand what is going on, but we understood that they want too much money for basic services.

Here we will only write that we were not able to verify the legitimacy of this website. We should think, that it is an illegal company, which spread scam, provide fake services and doing cheating with customers. What makes it doubtful whether this company works legally at all?

Support

It is not working, or when it working we met only misunderstanding and kind of rude attitude of the person who was talking to us. The support manager did not want to explain anything, just said that all information we able to find on the website page. It was strange and not pleasant at all, we all think that customer support should work a very different way.

Quality

With grief in half, we still ordered an article from this service, but frankly, they were dissatisfied, and the article was not completely unique, the uniqueness was only 70%, which in fact is not enough for such a price. And the teacher in a university will not be happy with this percent, and even call it plagiarism.  Also, we were very upset that the essay came late for 2 hours. This is not a lot but could be a big problem for the student, and that was not a very good experience, and we cannot say that quality here even average.

Fraud activity

We got to the most disagreeable and negative moment of this article. We have long been engaged in reviews of various essay services and know what fake reviews are. Therefore, we are 100% sure that most of the reviews or positive articles were simply bought. This is very sad and not fair with respect to the clients. Instead of improving the service and work of employees, they spend money to buy positive reviews and articles and distribute them on the Internet. It’s very unfortunate to be aware of, and we just want to wish this service to fix the situation as soon as possible, otherwise, they will postpone the last customers.

The worst set of writers I was able to find. My paper was, honestly 98% plagiarized. The support is non-existing. I needed 40 minutes to place an order. Interface/usability

Mediocre and boring design. And it’s not stylish at all, but more obsolete, and our advice to designers is to change the style and interface of the site immediately. It’s very inconvenient to use, and it’s not at all clear how to correctly place an order, how to go into a chat with the author, and how to leave a review at the end. Is it even possible to do this?

The company does exist because when you order some tasks, you get a proper response, and someone promises to deliver the final article in the agreed-upon timeline. As for legitimacy, we are not convinced this company is because so many users also express dissatisfaction. The writers could be better if the article we ordered – which was quite basic – is anything to go by. We also did not like that the task was delivered later than the set time frame.

For reliability, we would advise expecting your essays to be delivered later than they had promised because this happened to us. It also helps to be as detailed as possible with your instructions to ensure they follow each of them to the letter. Their price range is reasonable, and the additional perks they give when you place an order are quite incentivizing, but the poor workmanship and late delivery water them down. If you are looking for a sharp write-up delivered on time, PayForEssay is not it.
